UNESCO Chair hosts Kulturweit-Incoming Program Intern

Serah Nderi had the opportunity to join our team as an intern as part of the kulturweit-Incoming program by the German Commission for UNESCO. ​​

The kulturweit-Incoming program opens up the possibility of a three-month internship in Germany for young people from African countries and the Middle East. 

Some of the goals of kulturweit are:

• the transfer of a current and differentiated image of Germany and the transmission of differentiated images of the participating countries into German society
• the personal experience and life of central UNESCO topics in an international context
• a contribution to the peaceful coexistence of people and societies worldwide
   

Serah Nderi has had the opportunity to support the organization and coordination of international symposiums hosted by the UNESCO Chair, supporting both logistical and content-related aspects. She worked closely with colleagues from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds, enhancing her intercultural communication, German and project management skills.
